Mera Job Saathi charges Recruiters to publish jobs on its website. Full refund will be issued when an order is cancelled before the job is published on the website or where Mera Job Saathi does not approve the job for publishing on its website.
However once a job is published on its website, the service is considered consumed and the payment becomes non-refundable.
In exceptional circumstances, where a job is published but the Recruiter wants to deactivate it immediately, Mera Job Saathi reserve the right to issue a job credit or substitute a job with another job at our sole discretion.
Recruiters take full responsibility of the contents of their advertisement and ensure that they follow the laws of the country when advertising and recruiting for positions.
The Recruiters / Job Seekers accepts that this service is without warranty of any kind, explicit or implied. The Client assumes all risks related to use of information sent. In no event is Service Provider liable for damages resulting from use, misuse, inaccuracy of information provided.
Mera Job Saathi does not allow partial or full contents of its websites and its mailing lists to be reproduced, listed, circulated, stored or made available for public / restricted used in electronic, paper or any other media without prior permission.
